“It is with great pleasure that we welcome an expert in the highly competitive world of beauty to our Advisory Board in the person of Mr. Stéphane Bérubé, President of L’Oréal Canada’s Consumer Products Division,” says Patrick Charest, B.Sc., P.Eng. and CEO of Aplantex.
With Stéphane joining our group of seasoned advisors, we look forward to constructive exchanges

For the past 5 years, he has held his current role as President of the Consumer Products Division for Canada. Stéphane is known for his passion for innovation and technology.
L’Oréal has been working for many years to reduce its impact on the environment and to make a positive contribution to society. Aware of the planet’s limits, L’Oréal is working to improve its entire value chain: mitigating the impact of climate change, responsible use of water, protecting biodiversity, and good stewardship of resources. Among other initiatives, it uses regenerative practices to obtain its plant-based ingredients, ideally reducing the amount of agricultural land required. In addition, it regularly proposes formulations with enhanced biodegradability, which also encourages more conscientious use of water. Finally, by 2020, 11 of the Group’s 26 plants were already carbon neutral, and all will be by 2025. In Canada, L’Oréal operates four eco-responsible sites for a sustainable future.
