Aplantex is vigorously pursuing its momentum. Over the past year, we have successfully achieved significant milestones outlined in the strategic collaboration agreements ratified in 2024 and 2025 with leading players in the cosmetics and agri-food industries; we have added a dozen commercial collaboration agreements with companies that share their business intelligence with us; we have established a partnership with Investissement Québec that gives us access to its technological demonstration plant in Quebec and to its technical innovation experts to carry out the final stages of production; we have strengthened our board of directors with dynamic forces capable of supporting our transition into a production-oriented company, and we have added experts to our scientific team who are capable of improving the efficiency of our green biotechnology innovation. Finally, we have established the foundations of our Series A fundraising planned for next fall.
