We are pleased to announce that Aplantex has been selected to receive a grant from Quebec\u2019s Ministry of the Economy, Innovation and Energy (MEIE) as part of the NovaScience program to support its business coaching and commercialization projects.\u00a0 Thanks to this grant, Aplantex will be able to pursue initiatives to commercialize the technological innovations it has produced through years of research and development efforts.<\/p>\n

Aplantex\u2019s proprietary industrial biotechnology platform will produce an abundance of phytochemical ingredients needed to manufacture a wide range of biopharmaceutical, cosmetic and agrifood products. The photosynthetic phytoreplicators made by Aplantex generate biomass from nothing but light, atmospheric CO2, and dissolved mineral nutrients. They store up to 40% of their dry weight in carbon from atmospheric CO2, and are cultivated year-round in a controlled environment using renewable energy from hydroelectric power.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
